This study aims to explain the effect of increasing the letters of a word in the Qur'an that often happens due to divergence in the Qur'anic Recitations styles (Qiraat), whose lexical structure differs from the other Recitations styles on the same word or that transforms its structures into a meaning stronger than it, from the beginning of Surat Al-Fatihah to the end of Surat Al-Taubah. It also aims to highlight the face of semantic integration between the Quranic Recitations and knowing the benefit of repeating the recitation styles in the same word by increasing the lexical structure of the word or by converting it to another weight that leads to an increase in the meaning to detect the purpose of the increment, because it is not a mere repetition. The study relied on two approaches: the Inductive which collects the Qur'anic Recitations styles (Qiraat) related to the subject in the books of Quranic Recitations styles and its explanation, and the books of Qur'an exegesis, the books of Qur’an lexicology, and others. The second approach is the analytical method, which involves reading the texts related to the research with their analysis and discussion to conclude. The number of words studied in this research is one hundred and eleven places. Hence, the research arrived at a number of findings, the most important of which are: The relationship between directing the Quranic Recitation and the recitation themselves is a very strong complementary relationship, as one complements the other. The multiplicity of reciting modes in one word does not cause a contradiction in meaning in any way. Moreover, it is not merely obtaining the tautology in the speech or repetition that has no benefit. However, rather, it is for a wonderful purpose and an in-depth rhetoric that is only understood by those who delve into the language and carefully consider it. The effect of increasing the letters of a word on the meaning in the recitation styles may be by confirming the meaning and emphasis, or by clarifying and interpreting the meaning, or by creating a new meaning that contains the meaning of the other recitation style in the word, or by changing the meaning of the word to another meaning. The study concludes with some recommendations. The most important ones are inviting specialized researchers to build on the current study's findings. The study also recommends teaching students of Quranic studies the principles of directing the meaning of the recitation of the Quran (Qiraat), which is of great importance in understanding the Glorious Quran and explaining its impact, miracles, guidance, and purposes.
